Welcome to Port View GP Surgery in Saltash.  The surgery was designed in consultation with the doctors and built in 1983. Our aim is to provide friendly personal health care for you and your family.

surgeryWe hope to use our surgery website as a way of presenting all our patients with an up to date resource for all information relating to our practice. We will keep it current with any news, developments and details that are relevant to the practice and our patients.

As well as a source of information about our Practice, the staff and the services we provide, we hope you use the website as a useful resource with links to other reliable websites for health related information. If there is topical health information we will also add this to the website.

Please take a look at the section detailing this online service as it enables you to order prescriptions, make appointments and notify us of a change of address/telephone number/ e-mail address etc. We are very excited about this service and would like to encourage as many users as possible to order prescriptions this way, so please follow the link for how to register and then log-on via the big green cross below.

What's new at Port View?

Did you know that you are able to book an appointment up to 2 weeks ahead for a GP and much further ahead with a nurse?

We are now able to offer some evening appointments and are also running clinics on some Saturday mornings. These can be booked up to 2 weeks ahead. These surgeries are specifically for those  patients who struggle to attend during normal surgery hours due to work commitments.

Just ask at reception.

You can now book appointments on-line if you are registered to use EMIS ACCESS.   To register you need to call into the surgery with 2 forms of ID and collect your log on details.

We are planning to upgrade our computer system towards the end of this year.  We are working very hard to try and ensure minimal distruption for our patients, however your patience when the time comes will be appreciated!  We will keep you updated on the progress via our website.
